Is your glass half empty? or half full?
« on: June 07, 2011, 08:23:32 AM »
Optimistic?

>
So,  do you see your glass as half empty,   or half full?
(or is it like me and just totally empty)

I have found it prudent to think of the worst case scenario,  then the result will not put you on a downer  :zoinks:

However i am optimistic when it comes to thinking about other people and their possibilities  :dunno:  don't really
understand why that is so,  but i am very optimistic when it comes to chucky the urchin. :green:

I like making glasses of bourbon and coke empty
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

.Benevolent if you toe the line.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Censoring/banning/restricting/moderating myself, Calanadale & Scrapheap were all not his finest moments.

I'm sort of optimistic but I'm also a realist, if that makes any sense.

Depends on what I am looking at.

The glass that represents my growing son is 1/10th full and filling.
The glass that represents my life is 2/5th empty and draining.
Any glass with Scotch is never full enough.

I don't really know.

I don't expect much.

I find this way I'm seldom disappointed and many times I'm pleasantly surprised.

It depends on the day

Here's the smart assed answer.

It depends on the circumstances that brought it there.

If the glass was being filled, then it is half full.

If it was being drained, it is half empty.

I'm usually a glass half full person. I tend to look on the bright side.

  :indeed:

I say if its not being drained or filled, its both.

You can call me a smartass, but i say that i'm a realist.

Gotta say, I think you're at least a bit more optimistics than not, and on a scale of Intensity, you almost qualify for Pollyanna. :P
it is well known that PMS Elle is evil.
I think you'd fit in a 12" or at least a 16" firework mortar
You win this thread because that's most unsettling to even think about.
