I don't know what that is. Is it long?
Not really, just a short prayer that begins with "Oh my God I am heartily sorry for my sins"
or something like that. A (formerly) Catholic teacher I had years ago told us about the time he was on a
plane that hit turbulence, and he decided it wouldn't hurt to prepare for death with an Act of Contrition.
Trouble is, he couldn't get past "Oh my God ... oh my God ... oh my God ..."
