Now you. Why are you a sockpuppet?
I almost just ignored this, because it's a long story and you've been here the whole time. However, it took you about six or seven years to notice Jack is a regular member of this forum, so I guess it makes sense you're just now noticing me too.
So, here I go. This sockpuppet account was created July 2006 by McJagger with the original username of Gary_Glitter. 32 posts were made in July 2006, and then the account sat idle until May of 2013. Jack said she wanted a sockpuppet account and McJagger wanted to give her this one, but Odeon said no. I guess they came to a compromise, and this account was made into a community sockpuppet, with all elder members granted access to use it. There's even a thread about it stickied at the top of the elders forum. It was used by several members for about six months, until it was discovered IP addresses are exposed to anyone viewing the account, and then people stopped using it. With a few exceptions here and there, I'm the one who has used it for the last seven years. Feel free to use it if you like, but if you do use it, please change the username and avatar to something else so people don't think it's me. I can't force you to change it, but I'll cry like a bitch if you don't. Everyone has known for years I'm Jack, at least I thought everyone knew. I'm a sockpuppet because I like being a gopher.
