I will DD. My new rotavap's been shipped out today according to my ebay. Got a call from some ozzy for confirmation earlier, messaged him etc. confirmed that it was indeed me, and that yes, somebody from a residential area does indeed have use for a rotary vacuum evaporator. Don't know why he needed confirmation. Maybe its because its the highest valued single item I've ever bought at $1,150,00 (I've done big transactions before, but its always been many individual items of less value, or at most a few hundred pounds UK for an item. Never had that before.
Still, as long as I get my rotavap I'll be happy. No more arduous waiting hours and hours and hours and hours doing a regular vacuum distillation, watching something come over single drop by single drop, when there's two sodding liters of high-boiling solvent to be stripped, and nothing to be done but sit there, watching it come over, staring at it for hours, to all bloody day and night in the worst case offenders for high boiling pains in the arse.
