I probably would have become another clueless, overweight soccer mom who drives a mini van, gossips non-stop about the neighbors, talks about her "perfect" children, and lies about how "wonderful" her life is compared to everyone else while hiding a quart of vodka under the kitchen sink.


I've had nightmares about that.

I try not to play the what if game; it would drive me nuts. Honestly I dont know how things would be if I didnt have brain problems. I would probably be more goal oriented I guess. I really dont care. I like myself

But, sometimes I do the "what ifs" with other people. Like what would have happened to Hitler if his father supported him being an artist ? Or, what if Charles Manson had a good mum. Then what ?

  Although they might have been messed up anyway.  Maybe they were born off-kilter and would have gone bad even with good nurturing.
