Clemente is gorgeous, what unusual eyes on a tabby and white cat.
Funny you mention that because that's the first thing I thought when I saw him. It reminded me of the eyes of an ocelot.

I've had enough of the bullshit. I've decided to target all of your weak spots: CATS! :evillaugh:

I never much cared for cats. If you have had enough of bullshit then stop peddling it you demented buck-toothed, virgin, land-whale.

You never actually answered my question. "Why should we care about you Penty?"
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

.Benevolent if you toe the line.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Censoring/banning/restricting/moderating myself, Calanadale & Scrapheap were all not his finest moments.

You win I guess duke. You want me to react, and I will.

Remember, it didn't have to go this way.

Pics of the kitties from last week.

Clemente. My new favourite guy.

I love that he finds this to be a comfy way to hang out

Clemente and Peggy-Sue

Peggy-Sue and Tina (who's on the floor) were playing with Clemente's tail because he was swishing it so he was trying to check out the action

Peggy-Sue is making really good progress. She trusts me enough to lay beside me and will let me get a few chin scratches in before she panics and hisses.

She's still trying to figure out how to play with the other cats. They try to engage her but she freaks out. Clemente is patient with her. (Click to play)

You can see how brave Peggy-Sue is getting! At the end of the video is Tina. One of the cats found at an industrial site. She used to be terried of people, but she comes out to play now. (Click to play)

 Happy Tails!

I found this sweet girl a good home today. Bree was rescued from a cat hoarder and is a very timid girl, but she's going to an amazing home. She will be well loved there! The family has a 13 year old male cat and had to put their 18.5 yr old female cat to sleep a few weeks ago and their other cat misses her and wants a companion so Bree will have a lifetime in a good home.

Comet is off to live with an elderly man and his girlfriend. The man sounded like the Godfather and when I asked him if he would be declawing (we have a strict policy against it) he said "I don't believe in that declawing stuff. I don't care about my furniture. I want my damn cat" He was awesome. His daughter told me that he adores cats and the snugglier and more affectionate they are, the better. So Comet is off to an awesome home.

Captain Jack is headed to his forever home too! He's going to a family with a 10 year old boy who came to meet him in the store and it was an instant bond for the two of them. The family also has a 3 year old cat named Moe that they adopted from us as a kitten so Captain Jack will have a buddy to pal around with. They've already kitten-proofed the house which is a good thing because this little guy is highly mischevious!  :green:

I'm totally falling for Chloë.

Cute cat, and gorgeous striping.

Chloe is coming along slowly. Her sister Tina is a bit more brave but on Thursday Chloe came out of her cage on her own to make an attempt to play with Tina and the other cats which was a big step forward for her. She's so loving and sweet in her foster home (I know her foster mum) but the petstore stresses her out. She needs to be adopted with Tina or another laid back cat to help her feel more secure.

Cats need their claws to capture and interrogate mice and birds, fight other cats etc.

And to mark their territory.

And of course, their claws look great. They are predators.

I started off mothers day, by opening my bedroom door to see a dead mouse at my feet and my very happy kitty all purring and acting proud
