I am sure chavs have evolved everywhere, but the ones in the uk are
particularly unsavory. They start sleeping around quite young as they
need to spawn to get their favoured 'council flat'. Also, there are
some chavettes who like to keep up with the Jones's and have a
selection of babies in different colours. Multiple partners. It all add's up!
