Um, the morning is by far the best time to hoover. 

My wife isn't a morning person, so there is never any hoovering until after lunch

Well, I do the cleaning myself and experience told me it's best to hoover first (e.g. in the morning) and to rinse after that. 

Um, this, especially for tile floors.
