Um, boasted frying device went bust today. It left a burnt plastic smell and doesn't work any more.
But.. confessing here.. bet most have little an idea how the onion, made part of an almost daily dish, positively effects one's immune system. Or how other plants of the Alliaceae 'family' included in dishes could benefit your health in general also.
Yeah, the simple onion.. leek or garlic.. being part of one's diet, is nothing less.. um.. then providing you health karma points. No farting kidding yah.. and maybe take it from me (or not/ever what), but 'processing' fresh onions in one's dish is quite a healthy habit, I'd say.
