Not wistful at all, actually, just thinking back. i wouldn't want to go back.

How can you say that
when this place is now a
dictatorial regime that
would be so much
better if every decision
was first voted upon by
all the members?  This is
cruel and unfair tyranny!

I never interacted with the fellow.  Is this at least close?  His posts give me a headache.

Not THAT close, no, sorry. The line widths are OK but Cal's paragraphs were generally shorter. I seem to remember that he would only rarely confront you directly. Instead he would insinuate and make comparisons to historical events.

But no, I'd not want to go back. I'm used to the accusations but I never understood the part where me, Dunc and others were dictators and power-hungry and all that stuff. What power? It felt like a parallel universe to me.

I tried to dig thru what I could access of that time, but, I gave up.  Things change and I need the here and now, not the past!

Ok, I don't think I have the patience to sift thru any more threads.

No, if Randy comes back it would be better if it is spontaneous.

He was funny.  You were never one of the lucky ones to get his bizarre PMs were you?  They were out there.  I was always worried he would find out where I live as he is only about 60 miles from me and was definitely unstable,  harmless but still worrisome
