Today I washed my hands in the restroom of a candy shop, and the soap smelled like incense. So now my hands smell like really nice incense...best. soap. ever.

Four military helicopters just flew over my house very low and very fast in formation  heading east along the coast.  I see a lot of helicopters as they make them only a few miles away but not in groups like this

Zhe mouse family (house mouse/Mus musculus) is awake again.. although I'm not sure these little creatures hibernate here. Anyway, I saw two 'stealing' the bird seeds I threw in the garden earlier. Haven't seen them this year till ja, today, thus.

Methinkz.. I'm going to dub them 'speedy gonzales'.. for they're fast as..

A big truck took the curve getting onto I 95 too fast today and rolled over on the embankment something I have not seen in awhile

I like the sight of birds washing themselves in the bowl I've put in the garden. Now the fem. blackbird's taking her time and is clearly enjoying herself.
