As in "no changes required," for the most part. I keep healthy programming habits. I test everything, I document everything, and I frequently change my mind about how to solve a problem after a few rounds of testing and documenting. But I also do a lot of architectural notes and diagrams before I start, and I discuss everything with other devs.

Some devs are in a hurry to start coding, and they really shouldn't. I blame managers and a culture where work means typing away at the keyboard.

Genesis, your birds are lovely! My parents had a blue budgie like yours called Cecil. He used to talk a lot, his favourite phrase being, "What are you doing?"
He'd also imitate the oven door squeak and various things he heard on the tv. Budgies are pretty clever.
