I worked out for an hour and all I lost was 60 minutes.

At my age, I benefit from correcting questionable dietery practices quite a bit. But skipping a few exercise days, due to my injury for instance, has set me back by a lot.
I'm not trying to do anything athletic anymore, but holding the ever-present arthritus in check is a reason to keep going for me. ANY exercise is better than none.
