Apparently buying a dog is a lot more expensive now than a year ago. People working from home all decided to get puppies. I wonder what will happen when they return to their offices.

Took apart the useless circular raised flowerbed in the middle of my concrete back patio, which has always been too dry to grow anything but weeds and ants. Turns out it was hiding an octagonal gap in the concrete with a rotted stump in it.

Cat litters can really vary wildly between cats can't they. This corn husk litter isn't stinky in the slightest with my younger cat (granted there is still clay litter mixed in his too). With my older cat it smells, yet it's a cat litter smell that is out of the ordinary. It kinda smells like a semi trailer full of livestock rather than the strong ammonia smell I'm used to with clay litter :orly:
