We've been talking a lot about how he knows he has the skillset to answer these questions on his own but he doesn't like the feeling of anxiety so he wants someone else to answer it for him so it gets rid of the feeling quickly but that's not actually helping him. The texting is a lot and it's amazing how much energy that can take.
