Spring Chicken, it is so good to see you.

December the fifth comes with nice surprises.

Missed you.

December 5th is a good day indeed.  How are you beautiful bovine?

I'm having two good days in a row now. So, life is good.
Trying to live the "seize the moment" life right now.

With your petrol prices, you can actually drive around with one of those. Here, you'd have to mortgage your house. :orly:

You need to start bringing democracy to the Middle East.

They're not very affordable here, either. :GA:

There are not that many vehicles that can carry a worthwhile payload that get all that much better it's a cost of doing business.  One of my brothers had a little pick up that got over 20 mpg till you loaded it up then it dropped to under 15 and would barely make it up  hills.  At least for me 90% of my mileage is tax deductible as a business expense.

 :indeed:

Those Mercedes Sprinter vans with the 3.0L turbodiesel that are popular in Europe have a bad reputation here in the US for lack of power and blown engines. It's basic physics, in order to make X amount of power, you need Y amount of metal in the engine to absorb that power. When you do what Mercedes did, reliability and longevity go out the window because that small of an engine is just too highly stressed.

Seizing the moment is always a good idea, glad you're having a good-day streak.  :asthing:  :hyke:

The one thing I really like about the sprinters is that you can stand up, or nearly so,  in the back of them depending on the size you get  but would never get one as I have hear first hand from people who had them about their problems.

It's a pest. Where PC talk was meant to make people be more respectful towards each other, it is being used more and more to make conversations impossible or utterly disrespectful.

Apparently classifying rich people as entitled slave owners isn't bigoted.  :zoinks:

I agree. The thing is...PC is a one size fits all bandaid. But conversation is one on one. It's never one size fits all. PC is good for speech givers for leaders who are speaking to diverse peoples... but for folks getting to know one another it doesn't seem to help. I'm guilty of reacting to it as well... Rage is one of the people who have helped me get over it better. dunno where he is tho...  :apondering:
