PB works a lot better than WD-40 and there is another called Deep Creep that's even better than that but costs just over double

They do have PB Blaster here in Australia. Just looked at their website. Can probably get it from hardware stores.

There was a tractor trailer on the parkway(restricted access road for cars only)  this morning stopped just before one of the bridges it was not going to fit under waiting for the police to show up and back him off more than a mile

11 km this morning was hell. UGH!

Went back home from work by bus. Tomorrow I will go to work by bus, and ride home by bike. Hope it will be a bit more like it was last Tuesday.

General fitness still is way below what I want it to be.

Transition Radio & Gay Life TV?  Hopefully I'll be able to listen to/watch the interview without paying $.

Two from this morning.

There was a guy with a professional video camera filming something downtown no sure what I see him frequently in the same area.

They took down the huge flag pole on the green and it's in three or four pieces on the ground
