Today is Prince Albert's 72nd birthday.  He's asked us to ignore it, which we are.  Silly man, doesn't like being old.

My sympathies.

My neighbor down the street who keeps chickens for eggs, brought all his chickens out of the weather and into his heated garage on the four really cold days last week. The chickens freaked out to be SO "comfortable"  and laid eggs like well I guess that is where the term "spring chicken"  comes from. They laid eggs like crazy chickens.

He had too many eggs to eat and brought us a bag of tthree dozen FRESH eggs. (I had given them some garden bounty during the summer- he thought of me when he had too many eggs)

Just plain eggs, especially fresh eggs, fucking rockk!!

Fresh eggs are the best  I got some as a tip in the fall and if it wasn't for the fact my wife despises birds I would get chickens

Daughter's boyfriend was here when I woke up.

Getting used to it is what worries me. :-\

Not so much a re-paymentt as just keeping the earth running.

I know my sharing the summer bounty amazed him and her, but it is how we do for each other that matters. I did a lot for my neighbors, many, who seemed poor at gardening.

I had too many veggies to eat and they had an empty fridge.  I filled it somewhat with fresh veggies.

Unfortunately, his live in wife-image, who has moved out has chosen me as a "Grandfather image"  or some such shit. I thought, but, I am concerned.

I mentioned she came to my place of work to tell me that she moved out and way too much WHY. Not sure if I mentioned that she found me in a grocery store to give me her contact info, then saw me leaving another store and "just happened" FUCKING to see me, etc...

I am concerned that my "best neighbor ever" might be a little off and become a stalker type of person.

I AM THE STALKER!!  THIS CAN NOT HAPPEN TO ME!!!

Most especially NOT with /from/for a young girl in her twenties. I am NOT a grandfather image!  I am dangerous! I hurt People.  SHE CAN NOT  love me or whatever! This sucks!

WTF!!!

She scares me, now.  I can stand up to any man, trying to hurt me, but this shit is different.

She is different.  Never saw any of this coming!  I just thought we were neighbors.

If that was a confusing post, I am talking about two different sets of neighbors.

The chicken people are my age and live four houses down.

The Stalker girl/musician lived right next to me for about two years. Now I am a little concerned about her behavior.

The auditorium was sold out, yesterday. Lots of kids watching a new animated Swedish film about Bamse, a much-loved bear in Swedish children's books. I love that kind of audience. They are honest and when they watch something they don't look for hidden messages or artistic merit, they just enjoy the show.

Since it's the (pre-) film festival, there was a Q&A with the director and producer afterwards. The kids asked questions and the director and producer answered as best as they could.

My all time favourite question was "why did you do the film as a cartoon and not with live characters?"

I prefer eggs myself, scrambled, with butter and cheese!  :green:
