My computer is acting like a piece of shit.... I tried getting my webcam to work for my therapy session, and it wouldn't read properly.... I had to go on my laptop instead (which is fine.... I need to fix up a few things on my systems anyways)

No luck trying to see the Green Comet or Mars which were supposed to be close to each other in the night sky.  Too much light pollution on one side of the townhouse and a large cloud bank on the other side.  C'est la vie!

Never saw it either. January did not have many clear nights.

I am content with what I have seen of comets in the past.  Especially one back in the 90's that filled the northern sky.  The second was smaller and low on the northern horizon, but, it had the distinctive tail.  But, we lived on top of a hill away from light pollution.  Big difference.

It's been a while since a good one. The last one I remember from a few years back was barely visible through binoculars.

It's always a pleasure for me to see the night sky and the phenomena that occur.  Comets, fireballs/meteors and the Northern lights.  At least a comet hanging in the sky is available for binoculars.  Carla bought me a strong spotting scope for xmas and it is awesome to watch the moon thru it.  Haven't had much luck viewing the planets thru it due to light pollution where we live.  But the itch to take it out to someplace that has an open view of the sky is strong.  It is very portable.   8)

We built and delivered a portal application and database for well-known automotive maker who shall remain nameless here. This morning the portal returned an error. I had a look. Turns out the server had run out of disk space. :brickwall:

The mandarin I just ate had ten seeds in it. Usually they don't have any or only a random one.  :-\

It's the tail end of mandarin season here. They're nowhere near as tart and juicy as they were around Christmastime.

Traffic in on I95 sticks around latter in the morning than it used to

One of the partners at work walked out today. Fun times ahead. Pity I don't intend to be there to watch.
