Lots of people out and about today. The weather is nice, I guess.

Still windy out.

I have a relatively large set of wind chimes which I want to move. They are made (by me, twenty five years ago) from long pipes and sound literally like chimes, but orchestral chimes, not the typical windchime crap that you can buy somewhere. I can hear them now and I do not want to forget to take them with me when we go from this old house.

Awaiting my son's efforts to remove his electronics from his room. I am almost ready to intervene and just do it myself.

 :hide:

I just need to see PROGRESS!!!!
Jimi Hendrix: When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace.

Ghandi: Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.

The end result of life's daily pain and suffering, trials and failures, tears and laughter, readings and listenings is an accumulation of wisdom in its purest form.

Just flip the breaker to the room and say the electricity for the electronics is waiting at the new house.  :zoinks:

Reflecting on the past year, I'm really not in a good place with my life right now.

Once someone told me their son was bugging them to give his compute back.  I told her to agree, give him the computer back, but keep the keyboard.

When the kids were teens, husband once threatened to have the internet turned off. Said it was a great idea, and would love to tell verizon to get lost. It would be a huge relief to the budget and we could free ourselves from all that mindless crap. Since the phone, cable tv and internet were all on the same bill, my approval was met by complete silence. Such an absurd thing was never suggested again.

Bah, sorry to hear that. What's going on, on your end?

We finally replaced the old boiler with a new one. Very pleased so far.

Three loads out today.

We are down to the final bits of what we care about keeping. Next problem is to leave the place a little more "clean" than what we have going on at present.

I am keeping some hoarder stuff, I have to admit.
