I have one of those bottles (to drink from, not to pee into) and it has a wider mouth than most bottles.  I can put it under an ice dispenser and fill it with ice, for example.

No, it's blue with a black lid and has volumetric measurements in white on it instead of "My Peepee Bottle" but it's the exact same shape and volume.  I got two of them with a fanny pack which I bought to attach to the knee walker I used after my ankle surgery.

BTW, I think that the two bottles with the fanny pack didn't cost much more than $10.

That white tie is not nearly long enough to garotte someone, since it would need to be at least a foot longer to fit around someone's neck and I don't know what that silver tube is supposed to be.  I just searched for a picture of a fanny pack that was similar to mine.  You're right that the big pouch would be big enough to hold a gun, though.
