I never said he's a coward for being a medic. I said he's a coward for getting sent home to mummy with a sick note.

No, I'm not offended, but when someone is a dick to me for no reason, then I feel no guilt at being nasty to them.
I like to do a bit of trolling, but I end up feeling really guilty if the person has never been a dick to me. I feel bad about the whole Parakeet issue because he never done anything to me to deserve it.
I feel no guilt at being nasty to Skyblue, so it makes good sense to have my fun with someone that I won't feel guilty about being nasty to.

I don't think being discharged for poor health is cowardly either.

Also, I have no issue with you starting shit up for no reason, after all I did a fair bit of that myself, I just hate it when people make it personal like that.  Keep real life issues out of random arguments on the internet.

Because I don't think you grasp the scope of what is involved to do the job that skyblue did during his time in the military. If you want to go after people who you deem are jerks, I don't care. That's your choice, have at it. But it takes a variety of positions to allow our service people the ability to do their jobs here and overseas and every single one of those jobs are valuable, as are the people in it. I think at this point, it just shows your age. Do I mean that as a slam? No. I like you and have never had an issue with you. It's just a reality of life experience and I think if you looked at this situation at the age of 36 (that's me ) then you might agree.  As for anything else you want to throw at skyblue, I don't care. barely know him, but I'm sure he can handle his own. It's just the military  jabs that seem a bit unnecessary to me and I think that's what BFQ is getting at as well. Carry on

I did look up the phrase, so I know what it means. I might disagree with you, or someone else I like on this site over a minor issue, but I would never speak to them in that manner unless I was looking for trouble with them.

TBH I'm really not angry though. I've been ill all week and hardly been able to get out of the house. I started winding him up to alleviate my boredom. The next thing I know PPK has created a callout thread. I've thrown an insult at him, he throws an insult back at me, and it's just kept going. This whole thing is really more a wind-up than a genuine argument.
