Yesterday I made another wrap. Wraps are quite brilliant and can be filled with healthy food also of course. This time I filled one with: iceberg lettuce, red onion, radish, tomato, pickle, cucumber, garden cress and a sliced chicken's fillet. (seasoned an hour earlier and sliced after frying.. otherwise it gets too dry) Oh, and home made garlic-like sauce over it.
(left wrap open for the pic)

Had 2 chicken fillets and made a chicken broth from the other one. Not sure if anyone is interested in how to make soup, but.. Well, this is how you could make a simple one.
Chop the seasoned ch. fillet smaller, 1 stock cube (chicken bouillon-cube), 1/3 of a leek (green part of it is okay), half an onion and 2 (bunched) carrots. Last 3 veggies well cleaned and chopped smaller.
A cooking pan with +/- 1½ litres of cold water, throw all in and full heat till it boils. Lower heat and let it simmer for 30/45 minutes.
Another pan plus sieve and pour the broth throw sieve. Take the pieces of chicken out of sieve and squeeze juice out of veggies by using a spoon pressing on them in again mentioned sieve. (empty content sieve in bin)
Liquid collected in pan is now a simple broth.... To make a soup, one throws back in the chicken and cleans and chops smaller fresh leek, onion, carrot.. and/or add x-tra broccoli, or rice, or those little pasta thingies (last 3 need a little pre-cooking though), or....
Et voilà.. une soupe.. (simple as fuck and healthy like-wise)
