I don't know. That might be up to the person that own's it instead.
Take it to cingular one and explain where You found it and if they can contact there customer they no doubt they will.

You will need to take to cingular one store or dealer they have computers to look up information by accessing the phone number that the phone gives out in the.

nah i think i'd rather keep it and spank off to these pictures. plus its not like i did anything wrong, i didn't loose the phone someone else did.
