Living by the ocean is truly marvelous. something about the sea is magical, almost cleans ones thoughts and purifys the body of all wrong doing.  :thumbup:

I actually had a salad (from McDonald's).  Southwestern - lettuce, corn, black beans, and a wedge of lime.  Oh yes, chicken and cheese in it too. 

I'm going to start meal planning and cooking again for September.  I'm definitely going to include more veggies.
