Meh , there is a difference between "being picked on" and actual cyber bullying.
I'd say it is an important issue , however there are other things which take priority too.

Part of the problem is how kids are told not to defend themselves nowadays , I can remember calling a bully a "wanker" when I was about 7 when he'd hurled a load of names at me, it was me that got into trouble though. 

Of course it ended up with me punching the bastard.
