My bet is she was too embarassed to use it after she found out he had her on camera the first time.

Pulled up his video of it on YouTube, looks like he stops to talk to a couple people while he's doing it. Anything like this neighborhood, word of mouth travels fast.

If I were her, I would bring back his snow shovel and apologize for forgetting to return the shovel and also for borrowing it without asking and for making his daughter cry.

Never mind.  I just saw another news story that said she returned the shovel anonymously, propping it against his garage.  I still think she should have apologized, though.
