I've lost 30 pounds. 25 from working out and diet changes and the other five doesn't count becuase of the new ADHD medication.
I ate meat, pumped iron and did push-ups. Theirs a secret women. It's called not being a woman about losing weight.

No i'm not all big like a mutated troglo-dyke no. It's made me quite thin. The skinny muscular.
My abs re begining to look carved now. My mom stares at them  :zoinks:

I drink lots of water because I am always thirsty. I also have juice. I have a bowl of cereal with milk, I have whole wheat bagel with strawberry cream cheese, I have peanut butter and jelly sandwich, I eat fresh fruit and veggies. I have salads, hamburger helper or whole grain pasta, or boxed mac n cheese or other boxed pasta. My diet varies day to day.
