I never thought I would weigh this much, not a year ago, when I was 215 lbs.I blame the fucking medication. Adderall for fucking with my appetite and the antidepressants for contributing to my weight gain. I'm quitting the antidepressants completely. And I was always a big eater. But I would love to be just 215 lbs again... At least I still can walk to the bus stop a few blocks away without getting exhausted.I wonder if just quitting the antidepressants is the best idea. Maybe you should discuss the weight gain with your doctor, since 100 pounds is a huge amount of weight to gain in a year. Maybe you could try a different antidepressant with your doctor's help. In any case, good luck with losing some weight. It's good that you can still walk to the bus stop without problems, but if you put on more weight, you might reach a point where you couldn't and that would be very bad for you.
