This would be funny if they weren't actually serious.

How are they going to figure out who did it if there are more than two people in a room?

I wonder how many people will blame it on the dog?

that is so funny!  what will they use as evidence?   i like the other law they are introducing - not to insult the modesty of women,  and pretending to be a fourtune teller!  makes me wonder if they have any crime at all,  i mean sny REAL crime if they can afford to be so petty!

Phony fortune tellers are the first sign of trouble in any society.
Let them go unpunished, and all manner of chaos and bedlam will follow!  :police:

Where I live, sometimes farmers use manure to fertilize their fields and if the wind is blowing over them toward you, the smell can be pretty bad.

Can you imagine all the pairs of people going to kangaroo court, each blaming the other for the smell if something like this happened there?

Repeat offenders will become snitches and testify against their fellow farters in exchange for reduced prison time!   :2thumbsup:

i think this scenario would mean that area was unpolicable  :police:   you would get folks letting rip left, right and centre and it would be almost impossible to blame anyone.  It would be a free for all for farting!

people say the punishment should fit the crime,  what would be the appropriate punishment for this?   and should the penalties get 'stiffer'

Definitely throw the book at sharters, those are potentially visually  offensive in addition to the olfactory trauma!  :police:

That picture reminds me of the Jack Nicholson character's advice to fellow older men in The Bucket List...

Every government that wants to have oppressing power needs some handy offences to get people convicted randomly.

This would be a good catch all.
