'Butterflies':
Pizzas are only OK home cooked if you have a fan assisted oven. At the moment we dont. I doubt if we'd ever bother cooking our own anyway. We live close to such an awesome pizza restaraunt/takeway.

She means a convection oven, I believe.

I think Callaway's right, although I dont know the proper names for these things. Some ovens have a fan, others dont. If it doesnt have a fan, the pizza ends up soggy. If it has a fan, then the pizza can be nice and crispy.
Of course, Im a crap cook, so Im not really sure if Im talking sense.
