No one really sees my ears I don't think, so I don't see the point in getting my ear pierced

At the moment my ears are invisible. I really need that haircut. Missing my pixie hair. It is warm and comfortable in winter though, having it longer.

I also my usual (well, for the past 20+ years) haircut is the pixie cut.  It was difficult explaining what it is to the younger stylists.  For the past few years I could say I wanted Jamie Lee Curtis' haircut.  Now I say I want to look like Emma Watson.

I may try that one. New hairdressers are always scared to go for really short, and even those who have done my hair before keep telling me how much more I could do with it if I kept it just a bit longer. Only exception is my sister in law, she has a pixie cut herself, and has no problems wielding the scissors.
