I find that I totally zone out the few times I've been talking while driving.  Thankfully the PR is usually with me and I have her answer the phone and relay the message until I can safely pull over.  Otherwise I don't answer it until I've pulled over.  That's just based on my experience on what my limits are.
I am the same. Plus I don't drive without taking my ADHD meds first. I had two accidents years ago and that is why I went to the doctor to get assessed. I didn't want to drive if I was going to be a danger to people.

Who says you can't talk on the phone while driving with a manual transmission? Most cars here are manual but people still use their phones while driving.

And unlike every other European country, it's not illegal here, yet.

I have some relatives who should never go near the phone when drinking but they always do :zombiefuck:  Not so bad with caller id but they still catch you sometimes
