I agree some of the guys I talk to are really deeply ashamed and embarrassed of this stuff, especially the crossdressing it seems. And sometimes that shame is the very foundation of the fetish itself.

From what I've seen , most fetishes with a dominant / submissive thing , each person has unique kinks and etc of course BUT they all seem to share familiar themes within that fetish.
