I wish I had the power to make people orgasm at will without even nessessarily touching them or being in close contact to them.  (I would use this power for evil as well as good, likely as not.)

Granted, but your balls ache and you knock up your wife again.

I wish I could make an igloo with my daughter out of the snow in the back yard.  This snow is too dry and it won't stick together.   :(
