The only thing I have on sandwiches is cheese. i don't put butter or anything on. But I do eat crisps with my sandwiches. Crisps and cheese sandwiches are well nice. I don't have them much anymore tho now I only eat pizza

A grilled cheddar sandwich is wonderful!  :green:

I like cheese sandwiches microwaved because then they go soft and melted. I don't like crunchy foods.

Grilled cheese with pickle slices added before warming.

Toasted bread, roast beef sliced thin, melted provolone, a little mayo, and these which I'm addicted to and put on just about everything ::).

I've never been partial to the idea of beans on toast, viewing it as two starches.  I know it's popular in England (not that I've dined on such as the Queen).

I used to tease another online Brit friend about his meals, asking whether he'd had a broiled tomato with his beans on toast!

My aunt usually makes me a lovely roast beef sandwich on a lovely toasted baguette. Sometimes she makes me a really nice cooked ham baguette. I love the roast beef, but I think I prefer the cooked ham.

Bacon, tomato, avocado, whatever cheese is about(grilled/toaster ovened onto the bread first). Thinly sliced grilled lengths of zucchini is nice to add in sometimes if I have it. On rye or sourdough usually, or something from the bakery down the street if I have it.
If it's not a grilled/toasted sandwich, adding chips is almost a must. That is not weird. At all.

You guys have some fucked up sandwiches that I really want to try. Well, some of them I want to try.

Grilled zucchini is an interesting idea! I'll bet grilling gives it some actual personality!   :orly:
