Police confiscated the leafy substance and determined it was not marijuana. They said it might be a kitchen spice.

Officers charged the man with possession of a look-a-like drug.

Police declined to release his name.

I remember hearing about a different guy from Pittsburgh that called the cops because he heard an intruder, and when the cops got there he has weed out and a bong on his table. I think there is something in the water that makes people dumb around here. I was talking to this 21 year old the other day, and he didnt know what a calico cat was. He just had this dumb look on his face. Thankfully im a nice person, and just smiled, and started talking about something a little less complicated.

i know cops here who let someone go after apprehending them for salvia divinorum posession.
they mistook it for pot at first, but realized it was a ten times more powerfull drug that just-so-happened to be legal at the time.

to _actually_ go on w an arrest over fuckin oregano is pure goddamn fascism.
im glad i dont live in america. you guys should start loading your guns.

Speaking of stupid criminals, I vaguely remember hearing a story, years ago, about a guy who called the police

Thats so funny because Salvia is actually legal here  :screwy: I only did it once and NEVER AGAIN WITH THAT SHIT believe me

but I actually bought it at "the store" :O

but having fake drugs actaully is a crime here, it doesnt even make legal sense
