They are relocating disability income into the realm of social services.
Don't know if social services will get extra resources for that though.
Disability income here is a double thing, a financial safety, you will have a minimal income, and customised support to get you into a job.
Social services are not bad here. So there still will be an income. It will soon depend on what area you live in on how much support aimed at the disability there will be though. There are minimal nationwide limits for a social services income. I have no idea how the support people may need to get a job will be handled once that bit gets into the realm of social services too. Can imagine that that will be different per place soon. That would be a big injustice imo.
