Linda Hamilton was in Beauty and the Beast from 1987 thru 1990, so I was in my early twenties. I can't ŕecall any real celeb crush before that. She was more famous in the 90s with Terminator sequels and such, as Ozy says. I was crushing on the late 80s version.

I thought Audrey Hepburn was gorgeous. Not really a crush though.

Yeah, I crushed on her then and when they killed her off...I was crushed.  Though I did watch the end show where her gun was the weapon that killed her killer, the psycho rich guy.  THAT was a satisfying moment.
