I'm envious you live by the water, parts!! It's beautiful.

I live near the water too, just not as near as Parts. 

Every summer I rent a cottage near my hometown and it's on Lake Erie. Being by the water is where I feel most like home. hmm...should post pics of my hometown. Tiny little place. *off to sleuth pics*

and this is the ski lift here, wich i've been on. Its extremely scary, mostely because its out of date and old.
It goes up to past 11,000 feet to the second highest point in arizona

I can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes or less.  You can walk out that island at low tide where their are ruins and tons of rats

For some reason I had pictured you living in a woodsy type area. Funny when you get an image in your head and then it's nothing like what you thought.

Next house we want to move in a few years and are looking at more rural areas

My parents did that. They ended up renting a log house and then eventually buying it. It's been my Dad's pride and joy to fix it up himself. They're on 2.5 acres for forested land (in GA) and an acre of it is cleared. The house has been a fun project for him.

That's what I want but just a little more land so I can get goats

That second picture is amazing! How do you ever get used to seeing those massive mountains?

I've been intrigued by mountains and the western U.S. since I was a child listening to John Denver singing "Rocky Mountain High."
If I had the view that you have, I'd probably walk into traffic while gawking at the gorgeousness on the horizon!

I( love the mountains been near the shore all my life and would gladly trade it for some mountains
