I can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes or less. You can walk out that island at low tide where their are ruins and tons of rats

They ended up renting a log house and then eventually buying it. It's been my Dad's pride and joy to fix it up himself. They're on 2.5 acres for forested land (in GA) and an acre of it is cleared. The house has been a fun project for him.
