I can't wear them either before I had my cell phone I used to keep a watch in my pocket when I had to do something at a certain time

Now I know what's bothering me about the first picture.  The angle makes it look like the watch is your head.  If you scroll past it quickly it does weird things.

I never used watch..ever. so I'm not used to it, and i doubt i'd get used to it :D
