i have agreed to walk (where i would normally drive)  about a mile and a half (3/4 miles each way)

is there any place you can walk where you would normally drive, that is equivelant to these numbers above?

is there another pledge you can make?

McJ- I think you should see if this triggers any changes, either in weight loss, or in time taken for first trip versus time taken for tenth or whatever milestone you get.  I'd like to see if this also has a health benefit for you (a tangible one, I have no doubt it's good for you unless you're walking past radiation or something).

ok, i will time it.  i assume i can go faster on the way home then on the way to the school.  since i am not dragging two half tired kiddos.


i also assume that coaching two soccer teams and reffing three games a week will also have positive health benefits.
