McJ- I think you should see if this triggers any changes, either in weight loss, or in time taken for first trip versus time taken for tenth or whatever milestone you get. I'd like to see if this also has a health benefit for you (a tangible one, I have no doubt it's good for you unless you're walking past radiation or something).
