I've been reading this thread for a while and have to insert a "Mom" moment. 

Chronically holding urine has been known to sometimes cause a bladder infection.  Also, since urine contains wastes from the body it may not be healthy to keep them in the body too long. 

As I said, a "Mom" moment.

Last few days, going to pee was my only sense of privacy, not going to share that bit too. I'm sorry, just protecting myself.
