We don't have fraternities or sororities here. There are student communities, and they do have initiation rituals, but, no gender differentiation there. Most students don't sign up to those student communities.
Student houses are almost always mixed too. Having people renting rooms only to women or men is seen as pretty backwards by most.

Your local community college's registrar is a common place to start.

Although if you want the full experience, you will want to go to school far enough from home so that you'll have to live on campus!

Unless you're in a small college, there's plenty of fish to choose from. If you can't find somebody worth fucking in a college of more than 1,000, you're just being too picky.
