Does anybody know IRC?

I am trying to connect and it just wont connect.  Wont connect to any server.

I've tried all of these servers and ports.  Anybody got an idea?

Nope, all of them are turned off.

Maybe it's your internet connection. I dunno. So you can't even use java?
