No I am not saying that. I was saying that a Gall bladder doesn't shatter and a gall bladder is probably around a similar size and similarity looks like it has come out of someone's body and would contain little stones inside it too. I was thinking that I could post pictures of a gallbladder to compare your rocks to.
Nothing to do with me believing the stones and rocks and pebbles, you slobber over, being yours. You got it pretty wrong there.

Dumbass  :zoinks:
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

.Benevolent if you toe the line.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Censoring/banning/restricting/moderating myself, Calanadale & Scrapheap were all not his finest moments.

How to apologise to Scrap

Is the shine natural or from being tumbled?

fire agates cannot be, and should never be tumbled unless they are of low quality. you grind away the layers to expose the gem and then finish it off with a polish

What do they look like before they're ground and polished?

like this:

they are the most difficult gemstone to cut, because you have to respect the layers, and also because the gem isnt evenly good through out the stone. if you take off one too many layers or hit a bad spot the fire agate is ruined.
this is why its not a more comercialized gemstone. gemcutters dont want to cut it

you should get some. fire agate is very intresting, no two pieces are the same, i've seen some that looks like crackled snakeskin, some that looks like that starry night sky, by van gogh.

there such beautiful gemstones wich is why i love them so much

Not likely to get any, and have mixed feelings when looking at them. They're nice and sort of disturbing at the same time. Have never seen one before so can't tell if something is lost with photos, but will take a good look for sure if ever seeing one in real life.
