Got kicked out of a group on Babycenter
« on: October 13, 2010, 03:58:42 PM »
all because I refused to leave two no drama groups I'm in.

One of the owners decided to make a thread telling us all members we either pick their group or the no drama group and they will remove anyone in 24 hours if they find out they are in the no drama group. Well I hate being told where I can join and where I can be so I hoped it was all a joke and said so and then I said if they are serious go ahead and remove me. The next day I was removed.

Yeah stupid rule they had so I protested. I really liked that group because it was a place where everyone had thicker skin and they wouldn't get all bent out of shape over a thread or what someone posts until this stupid rule came along.

A place where there be no drama, no women getting all bent out of shape over a question or an opinion. I got sick of stupid women on babycenter, taking things out of context, putting words in OPs mouths, getting all bent out of shape over a thread being posted and accusing the OP of being judgmental and all. I was actually thinking about leaving the site until I discovered no drama groups so I joined a couple of them. Now I decided to stick around.

In these no drama groups, people aren't allowed to get all defensive or hostile so I assume there won't be any of that crap I was getting pissed off about I was seeing in other groups.

Hey Kit. Are you having a baby? Is this why you are on this Babycentre?

Oh crap. There must be a lot of mothers and mother-to-be's out there who aren't mentally fit to have a child or even a dog. :zombiefuck:

Or perhaps the pregnancy hormones make them seem more emotionally volatile than they usually are?

Yes, and while you're at it, why don't you go so far as to say that preg-NANCY robs women of common sense?

Because I don't agree with that statement at all.

I have been pregnant and I didn't lose my common sense even if I was more emotionally volatile.

BTW, do you have Big Lots stores where you live?

I saw a Serta twin sized mattress in their sales paper today for $99.

Kit: tell 'em to get fucked. The drama is BEING pregnant.

And I hope this one works out for you this time.

While I do assume it must be their pregnancy hormones, why am I not like them? I don't get bent out of shape like them or get offended easily nor insulted. And not everyone there is pregnant, some of them are trying to conceive or some of them already have kids and they are just in the birth clubs or in parenting groups or other groups. There is also a miscarriage, stillborn and loss group but I am not in there. I don't even know who there is pregnant and who there isn't because not all of them have a pregnancy ticker in their signatures nor have their announcement in their sigs of a new baby coming.

I don't know, lot of those women piss me off. I was happy to find no drama groups so I knew I wasn't alone there who is also sick of how people act. So I got second thoughts and decided maybe I will stay and not leave to go find another site to post at. Lately I have been finding the place boring so I am not there as much unless I am bored. I still go there everyday.

Maybe it's my own pregnancy hormones that is making me getting pissed off there from dramas.  ;)
