Remember three years ago when I was doubting my AS because I wasn't like the other aspies and couldn't relate? I still feel that way sometimes but I don't let myself go all crazy over it, same as with ADD. Other people don't go crazy over their labels they aren't sure about.

Yeah, me too. I just can't "fit in" with the "aspie clique" for some reason. It has lead me to acting like a jackass on the Internet, because if NT's aren't accepting of me, if aspies aren't accepting of me, then what's even the point of socializing?

Have you ever considered the problem is yourself?

Yeah, but it's difficult for me to change.

Everybody's gotta change. If you never change then you can  never improve yourself as a person

plus you will feel better about it in the future if yu can look back and see that you've become a better person

I think that I have definitely made some significant improvements as a person over the last few years, but what has improved of me IRL doesn't seem to translate into the Internet. I still act like a jackass on forums at times. I'm trying to grow out of that, I'm trying to improve my social skills a little bit. Being a bad troll just plain sucks. But it's even worse when that's pretty much the only way you know how to get even a little bit of attention. I cackled like a hyena when I tried to be offensive with my posts, then later, I feel bad about it. I don't want that. And I think this place made me realize how much trolling really sucks. It's always better to try to have a civilized conversation than to call each other pricks or bitches all day long.

I have trolled and flamed people a lot online in the past. It feels fun at the time you're doing it, but then getting on better with people always feels a lot better. to me anyway.

I have gotten less nicer over the years and feel more of an ass as years go by because of people. I can't stand how they think and act and how they treat me. So I get less nicer.

When I first started posting online in 2002, I was so much nicer and sweeter and more innocent and naive but I got treated like crap, I was bullied online and had trolls saying things to me. But then I solved that problem by doing something online and I noticed how I had more respect because people didn't mess with me as much. I even got less newbies IMing me too. heck people have gotten mad at me for my niceness.

I did crap on WP in 2007 because of how I was being treated there. I think the mods held it against me after I had said back then I was being discriminated and not treated right. So I rebelled. I even got involved in dramas and pick fights with assholes.

Sad how you have to be an asshole to get respect and get less trolls. Or just play the tough girl or tough guy. But I can still tell when someone is sensitive. If they get all bent out of shape over a comment so they start acting like a jack ass towards you, then I know.

You do seem nicer now that you've dropped the crap trolling :2thumbsup:

next time someone doubts you, shriek like a maniac next time they touch you

then go "146!" if you see them drop toothpicks.
I've always wanted to have someone do that and then say some arbitrary number, just so they're have to waste time counting the toothpicks to confirm that I was yanking their chain.

I think you'd fit in a 12" or at least a 16" firework mortar
You win this thread because that's most unsettling to even think about.

I'd try to get them to count- and try to play it totally serious as long as possible.  if I could get them to count the box multiple times because I acted totally certain I was right, it would probably seriously make my fucking month that month.

I never had any feelings towards most people online, so trolling them did give me great enjoyment. Being nice to these people just annoys me, because I've to put up with their bullshit they spew out. IRL I can tolerate this pretty well (most likely due to that what they say isn't text and thus I can't read it over and over, so I forget details to even bother), online I feel a great urge to be a cunt.
