That looks like the ancestor of crocodilians to me.
convergent evolution.
it basically took the role of crocodiles, where crocodiles (of such a size) did not naturally occur.
(altho it most likely kept on dry land, rather than submerged. it was not a born-swimmer, such as crocodiles. rather a "classic" jogger..)
theyre very obscure dinosaurs, known from mostly fragmentary remains, and very few known species at that. tremendous in size tho.
the one depicted above is a juvenile, of upto 10 metres in length.
african variants have been found to measure upto 15 metres, outlengthing tyrannosaurus.
